Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, designs, and share links. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

How do refunds work?

Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple as well: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the Inviti purchase. You can cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Where did my credits go?

Each design generation costs credits, and credits arrive from sign-up bonuses, subscriptions, or one-time packs. You can see your full credit history in Profile → Credits. If a generation failed but credits were deducted, email us — we'll restore them.

A guest can't open my invitation link

Check the link hasn't expired or been disabled in your host dashboard. Private links require guests to sign in — switch the link to public if that's not what you want.

I didn't get the verification email

Check your spam folder, then use the "Resend email" button on the sign-in screen. Still nothing? Email us and we'll verify you manually.
